Minnesota Rule 5601.0900, requires all licensees to provide the board with a current address. Licensees who move from the address, shall notify the board of the change within 30 days. Log into your online account to make changes to your address (public and mailing), phone number, and email address with the Board. You will need your online username and password to login and make changes to your contact information. In the upper right hand corner of the License box click More to edit your public and mailing addresses. For editing your phone number and/or email address - click More in the upper right hand corner of the Profile (Individual) box.
