Meeting Schedule Notice

Notices of these meetings are given pursuant to M.S. § 13D.04.  These meetings are OPEN or CLOSED to the public as indicated above.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 13D.01 Subd.2, meetings may be CLOSED to the public for specific purposes, such as for quasi-judicial functions (discipline hearings). 

ADDITIONAL NOTICE: Some Board members may attend these meetings by telephone or via online conferencing. Members of the public may attend at the Board's regular meeting location or monitor OPEN PUBLIC meetings by telephone or via telephone conferencing. Public participants will be able to listen to Board member discussion, voting, and may offer testimony at the discretion of the chair.

It is the policy of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C.A.  Section 12101, et. seq.
