    HOW TO RENEW YOUR LICENSE

    If you are an individual practitioner and would like to renew your existing Minnesota license, please take the following steps to renew. Some unique situations may require a different form. If you are unsure of which application to complete or how to proceed forward contact us to work with a Licensing Specialist. 

    RENEWAL STEPS

    Step 1:

    Complete the 4-hour core continuing education course (safety, infection control, laws and rules)

    Step 2:

    Complete the 4-hour professional practice continuing education course (various Board-approved topics)

    Step 3:

    Renew online OR complete and submit the Active License Renewal application by mail or in-person with fee payment.*

    *Applications for licenses that expired more than six months ago can only be submitted by mail or in-person.
