Enterprise Software Licenses
MN.IT has implemented the following license agreements on behalf of the Executive Branch of Minnesota state government. These agreements with advantageous pricing benefits are available only to IT-consolidated Executive Branch organizations.
Adobe Enterprise Agreement & Purchase
This is a MN.IT enterprise agreement/purchase for Adobe desktop software programs, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Professional and other creative programs.This agreement is available only to IT-consolidated Executive Branch organizations.
Effective Dates of the Agreement
The agreement is effective from November 26, 2013-November 25, 2016.
Establishes a single enterprise agreement contract with strong, consistent pricing and terms across the enterprise.
Enterprise-negotiated pricing costs less than buying individual subscriptions.
This is an Enterprise Agreement for Adobe Experience Manager, a comprehensive content management solution for building websites, mobile apps, and forms. This is entirely separate from other Adobe enterprise agreements.This agreement is available only to IT-consolidated Executive Branch organizations.
Effective Dates of the Agreement
November 25, 2015 through November 24, 2018, with extension options.
The agreement has tiered discounts on future purchases that are based on total cumulative number of licenses/subscriptions, including those purchased before this agreement, and pricing is locked during the three-year agreement. It is applicable to term/subscription, perpetual and cloud versions.

Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018 IT-consolidated executive branch organizations can use the enterprise licensing for GovDelivery. The Enterprise license is effective until June 30, 2018, with options available for mutually-agreed-upon 12-month extensions thereafter. The agreement keeps the costs flat (no annual increases) over the term of the agreement. This agreement is available only to IT-consolidated Executive Branch organizations.

Already have a GovDelivery account?
If you have an existing account with GovDelivery, this enterprise license acts as an umbrella agreement that covers all executive branch entities, and replaces your existing contract automatically. Contact MN.IT to get the enterprise licensing set up for your organization. Current users will continue to use GovDelivery as usual.
For new accounts, existing accounts, billing and enterprise licensing questions:
February 29, 2016 through February 29, 2018, and can be renewed annually thereafter.
This enterprise agreement license allows new and existing Snap Survey customers to use the enterprise license until Feb. 28, 2017 without any additional fees. Costs for the subscription period of Feb. 28, 2017, to Feb. 27, 2018, will be determined at a later point.
