Professional Services Programs

MN.IT manages a variety of Professional Technical Contract Programs that bring customers and vendors together.  MN.IT provides a central location for the various program instructions, forms and requirements.  This allows customers to focus on the work they need completed.

Programs Description
ASAP-IT ASAP-IT is exclusively for technology-related professional/technical services, i.e. temporary staff augmentation. This program is available for use by state agencies and other governmental units eligible under the State's cooperative purchasing venture established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §16C.03, subdivision 10 and includes, but is not limited to, counties, cities, school districts and higher education. This program is expected to run from 8/1/2013 to 7/31/2018.
SITE Program The purpose of the SITE master contract program is to provide a streamlined approach for state agencies and other governmental units to secure highly-skilled contractors via a fast and intuitive process.  At the same time, this program provides a continuously open, application-based opportunity for vendors large and small to access state business.   This program is expected to run from 4/16/2014 to 4/15/2019.
Research and Advisory Services
The Research and Advisory Services master contract program provides state agencies and other governmental units streamlined access to vendors offering subscription services providing access to  information technology related advisory and research materials and information.
Junior Talent Outreach The State of Minnesota's Department of Administration and Minnesota IT (MN.IT) have implemented the Information Technology Junior Talent Outreach, Mentoring, and Development Master Contract Program.  This program focuses on the recruitment of individuals from traditionally overlooked and underrepresented populations, who are presently looking for their first employment opportunity post-training or coursework.  This program is currently expected to run until October, 2018.
