Master Contract Program - 902TS

The IT Professional Technical Services Master Contract Program (MCP) - 902TS helps agencies and vendors connect with one another to complete Information Technology (IT) project work, or to provide agencies with additional IT personnel needed to assist in completing current IT projects.  This program runs from 7/1/2009 to 6/30/2014.

SITE Master Contract Program: The 902TS Program is set to expire June 30, 2014.   The Department of Administration and The Office of MN.IT Services are currently setting up a successor program, called the SITE (Seeking IT Expertise Program. Vendors under the 902TS program will not be enrolled automatically in the new program.  All potential vendors who wish to join the SITE Program, including those vendors who may have been a part of the 902TS Program, must submit an application/RFP response (“Response”) to be considered for the SITE Program.  Each Response will be evaluated according to the criteria set forth in the application/RFP.    All potential vendors must go through the SITE Program evaluation in order to join, regardless of any former or ongoing engagements a vendor may have under 902TS program. See the SITE Program page for more information on the program and the application process.

3/11/14 Update on SITE Program: The SITE Program will run April 16, 2014 to April 15, 2019.
