    If you are seeking sentencing information that cannot be found within the Sentencing Practices Data Reports, please contact the Sentencing Guidelines Commission via e-mail with the following information:

    Your specific data request (e.g.: offense type, departure type, counties, years desired, departure rates, case list)
    Your time frame for needing the requested information
    Your contact information
     
    Please allow at least 2 weeks. Resources are limited; staff may not be able to fulfill requests that require extended time to complete.
