Hotel Map

Hotel Parking/Dropping Off and Meeting Rooms

The AiRE Ballroom can be found one floor up from the hotel's front desk.

If you're driving:

  1. Enter the hotel parking ramp and follow the blue "Hotel" signs up to the top floor of the parking ramp (roof level). Park in a "Hotel Parking" spot.
  2. You will see an entrance door to the Hotel ("To Parking Ramp" on the right of the Hotel map).
  3. When you come through the double doors, go past the pool area (the pool is on the 1st floor but you'll see it from the 2nd floor balcony). 
  4. Continue until you see the AiRE ballroom on the right side of the hallway. This room can also be found just above the hotel's front desk.

If you're taking public transportation or getting dropped off:

  1. Enter the main entrance of the hotel on the ground level.
  2. As you enter the hotel you'll be by the front desk. You can either take the stairs just to your left and you'll see the ballroom on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs.
  3. Otherwise, take an immediate right after you enter the hotel to find the elevator. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor of the hotel. Exit right on the 2nd floor until you reach the ballroom. 

 A registration desk with a Partners in Policymaking sign will be there to greet you just outside the AiRE Ballroom.
