The Office of Governor Walz and Lieutenant Governor Flanagan will issue proclamations for extraordinary state or local events that deserve special recognition from the Governor. Proclamations will be issued for events or activities that affect a broad group of Minnesotans.

All United States flags and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, from sunrise until sunset on Monday, July 19, 2021, to remember, mourn, and honor the lives lost due to COVID-19.
