The Office of Governor Walz and Lieutenant Governor Flanagan will issue proclamations for extraordinary state or local events that deserve special recognition from the Governor. Proclamations will be issued for events or activities that affect a broad group of Minnesotans.

Tim Walz, Governor of Minnesota, hereby orders a moment of silence in the State of Minnesota, at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 22, 2021 for two minutes, to honor the life of Daunte Wright and the lives of every person cut short due to systems of racism and discrimination in Minnesota.
