[ST. PAUL, MN] – Governor Tim Walz today signed Executive Order 24-02, continuing the Governor’s Council on Freight Rail.

The executive order now requires that the council include two members representing labor unions, in recognition of their contributions to maintaining safe and efficient freight rail operations in Minnesota.
