[ST. PAUL, MN] – Governor Tim Walz today signed Executive Order 24-01, directing the continued development and maintenance of the Minnesota Continuity of Government Plan and Agency Continuity of Operations Plans.

The executive order rescinds and replaces Executive Order 19-23 and reiterates the State’s requirement to maintain a Continuity of Government Plan and that agencies prepare Continuity of Operations Plans.
