PAUL, MN] – Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan today announced the following appointments to the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports; the Board of Barber Examiners; the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design; the Council on Disability; the State Advisory Council on Mental Health; the Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage; the Minnesota Board of Nursing; the Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board; and the Clean Water Council.

The Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports was formerly the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. The Board includes Licensed Assisted Living Directors, Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, and Licensed Health Service Executives. The board promotes the public’s interest in quality care and effective services for residents residing in the continuum of care by ensuring that licensed leaders are qualified to perform their administrative duties. These leaders also play an important role in Minnesota’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
