[ST. PAUL, MN] – In honor and remembrance of Chief Warrant Officer Two Charles Paul Nord, Governor Tim Walz has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings from sunrise until sunset on Monday, December 16, 2019.

Chief Warrant Officer Two Charles Nord died tragically in a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crash December 5, 2019. He will be remembered in a funeral service at Perham High School on December 16, 2019.
