[ST. PAUL, MN] – On Tuesday, March 12^th, Governor Tim Walz signed Chapter 3, H.F. 211 into law.  The bill adds licensed physical therapists to the list of health professionals who can provide a medical statement to obtain a disability parking permit or disability plates for physically disabled persons.
