Walz, Flanagan Announce Appointments

[ST. PAUL, MN] – Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan today announced the following appointments to the Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board, the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, the Minnesota Ballpark Authority, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the Minnesota Rural Finance Authority, the Legislative Salary Council, the LCCMR Trust Fund Citizen Selection Committee, and the Metropolitan Airports Commission.

Janet Hou – St. Paul, MN

Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board

Agricultural Chemical Manufacturer Representative

Effective: February 3, 2021

Term Expires: January 6, 2025

Replacing: Robert Wesolowski

About the Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board:

The Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board accepts applications for reimbursement from the Agricultural Chemical Response and Reimbursement Account, determines eligibility and amount of reimbursement due, and notifies the Commissioner of Agriculture of eligible claims.
