PAUL, MN] – Governor Tim Walz today announced he will deliver his first State of the State Address to a joint session of the Minnesota State Legislature on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, beginning at 7:00pm. The address will be delivered in the Minnesota State Capitol House Chamber.
