Minnesotans statewide voice overwhelming support for incoming commissioners

[ST. PAUL, MN] – Governor-elect Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor-elect Peggy Flanagan have announced twenty-two commissioners to serve in their incoming Administration. The announcements came after a thorough and open hiring process. Minnesotans statewide have since then voiced their support for the incoming commissioners to serve in the Walz-Flanagan Administration.

Department of Administration Commissioner-designee Alice Roberts-Davis
“As colleagues over the past 10 years, I have respected and valued the servant leadership, diligence, and innovative approaches Alice Roberts-Davis as taken to make our state more inclusive and equitable for all Minnesotans,” said Marcus Owens, Executive Director of the African American Leadership Forum. “This appointment represents the Governor and Lieutenant Governor elect’s commitment to ‘One Minnesota’, by building cabinet leadership that represents the incredible talent and diversity that our state has to offer.”

Housing Finance Commissioner-designee Jennifer Ho

Department of Transportation Commissioner-designee Margaret Anderson Kelliher
"I can not think of a more capable and experienced leader to run our Department of Transportation than Margaret Anderson Kelliher. Department of Natural Resources Commissioner-designee Sarah Strommen

Pollution Control Agency Commissioner-designee Laura Bishop

Department of Health Commissioner-designee Jan Malcolm

Department of Human Services Commissioner-designee Tony Lourey

Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner-designee Larry Herke
