Minnow Retailer License
Minnow Retailer Vehicle license
Minnow Retailer -Non-Resident: A minnow retailers license is required when selling minnows and/or leeches at retail, from an established place of business.
Minnow Retail Vehicle -Non-Resident : A minnow retailer must obtain a minnow retailer's vehicle license for each motor vehicle used to transport more than 12 dozen minnows to the retailer's place of business.

License Renewal Information
License renewal packets will be mailed out to all current minnow retailer licensees in January. You can renew your license by completing and returning the enclosed license application.
