Minn. Stat., Chapter 146A Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices

The statute does the following:

sets out a statutory definition of Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices (CAP);
requires all CAP providers to provide each client with a client bill of rights;
sets out prohibited acts for CAP providers;
