APNs will be regulated by the Minnesota Department of Health through all rulemaking and enforcement powers under Minn Stat. Chapter 62N and licensed pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 62T
To obtain a license from the Minnesota Department of Health an entity must complete and submit an application and meet the requirements of relevant statutes and rules.
