Fees:

A $10 fee is to be sent with the application or annual renewal.


Period of Issuance:

The permit is issued or renewed annually, or other designated time period.


Length of Determination: Permit applications will be referred to a Conservation Officer for inspection as soon as practical. It is expected that 2-3 weeks will be sufficient time in most cases. Applications may take longer if initial inspections indicate improvements are necessary before approving the permit.
