Review Mobile monitor permits

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issues Mobile Monitor Permits to applicants who meet the requirements laid out in 
Minnesota law

People, firms, political subdivisions and/or corporations are required to obtain a Mobile Monitoring Permit to use radio equipment capable of receiving a police emergency frequency. 
You may apply for a permit using one of the Mobile Monitoring Permit forms available below.

Issued for two calendar years. Permit is valid until 12/31.


Length of Determination: Average is 4-6 weeks from date of receipt of application at Bureau of Criminal Apprehension offices.
