Contact MPCA Feedlot Program for details. The requirements are dependent on the nature and complexity of the applicant's facility.

Interim permits are issued for facilities that are creating ground or surface water problems, for which solutions will be developed and implemented within two years. 

Any Minnesota County Board may, by resolution, assume responsibility for processing applications for animal feedlot permits as authorized by Minn. Stat. § 116.07, subd. 7. The provisions of this cooperative effort are contained in Minn. Rules 7020.1600
