Review:
Exporting Minnow Dealer License
A minnow dealer must obtain an exporting minnow dealer license to transport minnows (taken under their minnow dealer license) out of the state. Leeches are considered and defined as minnows. Vehicles being used to export minnows out of state are required to be licensed as Exporting Minnow Dealer Vehicles.
Non-residents who purchase minnows from licensed minnow dealers for export must obtain Non-resident Minnow Hauler and Non-resident Minnow Hauler Vehicle Licenses.
Report Forms
As part of your exporting minnow dealer license renewal, you must submit a completed, signed Annual Report of Minnows Exported. This report must be submitted even if no production or sales occurred during the licensing period.
License Renewal Information
License renewal packets will be mailed out to all current exporting minnow dealer licensees in January. You can renew your license by completing and returning the enclosed license application.
