- Donated Dental Services Program for disabled, elderly, medically fragile patients. Requires application process.
Dental Benefit (Insurance) Plan and Medical Assistance Resources
- MNsure Minnesota's health insurance marketplace. Individuals and families can shop, compare and choose health insurance coverage that meets their needs. MNsure is the only place to qualify for financial help that can lower the cost of monthly insurance premiums. Individual dental benefit plans are available.
