It is a program licensed under Minnesota Statute Chapter 245G and/or registered with The Division of Pharmacologic Therapies portion of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). They are also accredited by one of the approved national accreditation bodies and registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a narcotic treatment program.
