DESCRIPTION: A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Groups include * Pieces of Peace (https://www.tubman.org/get-help/community-support/pieces-of-peace-support-group.html) for people who have experienced relationship abuse * Trauma skills group (https://www.tubman.org/get-help/mental-chemical-health/groups.html) * Melissa's Connection group (https://www.tubman.org/get-help/mental-chemical-health/melissas-connections.html) for those experiencing chemical or mental health issues or concerns * Healthy relationships group * Relapse prevention support group * Chronic health conditions and disability group, Mondays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm, meeting virtually - A 12-week group for individuals of all identities experiencing chronic illness, pain, and/or disability. - This group offers a safe, judgment-free space to learn coping skills, process and support group member's experiences, and build community resources.
