Request for Proposals for Assistive Technology Device Demonstrations, Device Loans-Short Term and/or Device Loans – Open Ended

The Minnesota STAR Program (STAR) is seeking to partner with established assistive technology (AT) device loan programs and assistive technology professionals to provide device loans and device demonstrations to Minnesotans with disabilities (all ages) and older adults with functional needs through a master contract program. By completing this Request for Proposal (RFP) interested vendors will compete to secure a master contract with the State of Minnesota that enables them to conduct work in the approved categories, i.e., Assistive Technology Device Demonstrations, Assistive Technology Device Loans-Short Term and/or Assistive Technology Device Loans – Open-Ended.

This is the only person designated to answer questions by potential responders regarding this request. All questions must be in writing.

Proposals may be submitted until January 1st, 2021 to the above-referenced address. Fax responses will not be considered. E-mail responses should use the subject line: Device Demonstrations, Short-Term and Open-Ended Loans Proposal.

This RFP does not obligate the Minnesota STAR Program to award a contract or complete the proposed project. The STAR Program reserves the right to cancel this RFP if it is considered to be in its best interest.
