The Minnesota STAR Program (STAR) is seeking to partner with established assistive technology (AT) device loan programs to provide device loans and device demonstrations to Minnesotans with disabilities (all ages) and older adults with functional needs through a master contract program. By completing this Request for Proposal (RFP), interested parties will compete to secure a master contract with the State of Minnesota that enables them to conduct work in the approved categories:

This is the only person designated to answer questions by potential responders regarding this request. All questions must be in writing.
Proposals may be submitted until March 22, 2022 to the above-referenced email address. Fax responses will not be considered. Email responses should use the subject line: Device Demonstrations, Short-Term and open-Ended Loans Proposal.
This RFP does not obligate the Minnesota STAR Program to award a contract or complete the proposed project. The STAR Program reserves the right to cancel this RFP if it is considered to be in it's best interest.
