Stakeholder and other Public Involvement

There are several ways stakeholders can be involved. The research team will collect and analyze public input throughout the study. The final report will incorporate this input. To get involved:

• Participate in the business phone survey conducted by Customer Research International (fall 2024).
• Visit study website: https://mn.gov/admin/disparity-study/.
• Participate in a public forum (see schedule on the website).
• Call the Disparity Study Hotline at (602) 704-0125 or send input to JointMNDisparityStudy2025@keenindependent.com. 
• Provide comments on the draft report when distributed to the public (spring 2025).

Schedule

The Minnesota Department of Administration initiated the disparity study in February 2024. Reports will be submitted to each participating entity in the summer of 2025.

Public forums

Additional public forums will be scheduled once preliminary results are released.
