    Commission Staff

    NReitzNathaniel J. Reitz is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission. Mr. Reitz was a Minnesota prosecutor before he joined MSGC, and had earlier served as a defense attorney and prosecutor in the U.S. Army. He has led military legal offices in New York, Kansas, Iowa, and Minnesota, and, before his 2019 retirement as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, Mr. Reitz completed a three-year tenure as a military judge.
