The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care publishes an annual report of program activities and actions completed on behalf of residents. This report is submitted annually to the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and fulfills Older Americans Act requirements. OOLTC's annual reports are made public and can be found here.
