Help Me Connect
An online navigator connecting Minnesotans to services in their local communities that support healthy child development and family well-being. A go-to resource for connecting to basic needs in your community, such as food, mental health, housing, financial assistance, health, care and education, and more.

United Way 211
If you need food, basic supplies, a safe place to go, or other resources, call 2-1-1, text your ZIP code to 898-211, or visit the website to chat with a Community Resource Specialist.

Senior Linkage Line
This is a resource hub for older Minnesotans. The Senior LinkAge Line has a wide range of information, resources and in-person sessions you can attend, so you can get the help you need.

Minnesota Partnership for Adolescent and Young Adult Health
The Minnesota Partnership for Adolescent and Young Adult Health believes youth-centered health care is essential to meeting the mental and physical health needs of young people. Young people also deserve to have access to medically accurate health information and guidance on how to care for themselves through adolescenthood and into young adulthood.

9-8-8
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org . 9-8-8 is confidential, free, and available 24/7 365 days a year, connecting those experiencing a mental health, substance use, or suicidal crisis with trained crisis counselors.

  • Veterans can reach the Veterans Crisis Line by calling 988 and pressing 1.
  • Individuals who speak Spanish can connect directly to Spanish-speaking crisis counselors by calling 988 and pressing option 2, texting “AYUDA” to 988, or chatting online at 988lineadevida.org .
  • You can reach a specialized LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor by texting Q to 988 or pressing 3 when calling.
