Join Women IT ChangeMakers for a lunch and learn event, taking place from 12-1:00 p.m on July 28 hosted by the subcommittee on Leadership and Mentorship. 

Bring your lunch, and be ready to learn about this month's topic, "Want to truly succeed. Lift people up as you climb." The group will watch a TED Talk featuring ACLU Chief Equity Officer Amber Hikes and have a discussion and share ideas.

"It's up to all of us to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace. No matter where you are in your career journey, it's essential that you help others grow, even as you are growing yourself", says Hikes. She lays out three ways we can help each other succeed -- and empower and advance those who historically have been left behind.
