Join the enterprise employee resource group (ERG) Jewish Culture and Heritage for Insights from the Jewish@Work Research. 

 

This virtual session features an expert on Jewish employee resource groups. Rebecca Leeman is the chief of staff at Clal (The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, Inc.). She has conducted national research on Jewish ERGs and launched Jewish@Work, a pioneering initiative empowering Jewish ERGs to thrive. 

 

During Rebecca’s presentation, she will share insights on what makes Jewish ERGs impactful and how they can promote safety, connection and support in the workplace. She will also provide examples of, and strategies for, successful Jewish ERGs. 

 

She will then lead a discussion about what aspects of the State of Minnesota JCH ERG have been meaningful to participants, as well as live polling to gather ideas about future programming and support. 

 

This event is open to all state agency employees looking to learn more about building a welcoming environment where all employees can bring their whole selves to work.
