Date: December 12, 2024
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Event Overview:
Recent research indicates that at least half of Generation Z identifies as neurodivergent or disabled—both visibly and invisibly. As organization, it is crucial to cultivate an environment that not only understands but actively supports these individuals. This dynamic session will equip leaders with the tools and insights needed to foster psychological safety and neuroinclusion across all levels of the workplace.
Pasha Marlowe’s framework focuses on three pivotal actions: asking, affirming, and advocating for those with intersecting marginalized identities. Through engaging storytelling and real-world applications of inclusive design, attendees will learn how to create cultural transformation within their teams. Participants will leave with actionable skills to enhance their leadership approaches, fostering empathy and inclusivity in their professional practices.
