The Jewish Culture and Heritage Employee Resource Group (ERG) was established to support employees who identify with Jewish culture or heritage, and allies. A kickoff meeting for the newest statewide ERG is scheduled for May 21, 2024 at noon. Add the kickoff meeting to your calendar.
A primary goal of the Jewish Culture and Heritage ERG is to eliminate antisemitism at the workplace and create a welcoming work environment where all employees with Jewish culture or heritage feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. The Jewish Culture and Heritage ERG supports the unique needs of Jewish employees and creates an inclusive work environment across Minnesota’s state government.
