DMA Fraud Reporting Hotline

The Department of Military Affairs maintains fraud reporting hotline to alert the agency to incidents of fraud, waste, or abuse. The hotline allows employees and citizens to safely and anonymously alert DMA.

• If the caller wishes to remain completely anonymous, the caller should inform the hotline service and no data will be collected that could identify the caller.

• Employees calling the hotline are protected under Minnesota Whistleblower statutes so

long as they make the claim in good faith as defined under M.S. §181.932

• When calling the hotline, the following information will be needed:

• The details of your concern
• Names of the individuals involved
• Dates and times of the incident(s) and where it/they occurred
• What law, rule, or other standard do you think this action violated
•  Are there any documents or witnesses available
• Any other important information that would assist Internal Audit in the investigation

• Use of this hotline does not preclude you making a report to the Office of the Legislative
