Dr. Seung Bach is the Dean of the College of Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and he currently oversees seven undergraduate programs, two graduate programs (MAcc and MBA), and other High-impact programs (Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Center for Financial Wellness) housed in the College of Business. Dr. Bach previously served as the Interim Dean of the School of Business and Public Administration at California State University, Bakersfield. Prior to his interim dean appointment, Dr. Bach held the executive director position of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and served as the associate dean, both demonstrating his dedication to shaping educational excellence and innovation.
Dr. Bach received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a primary focus on entrepreneurship and strategic management. He also received two master's degrees, one an MBA and one an MS in Management with a focus on organizational behavior and leadership.
