If you wish to remain anonymous, please file your complaint by phone at 651-539-1900. State that you wish to remain anonymous, and do not provide your name to the person taking your complaint.
If anonymity is not a concern, you may email your complaint to gcb.complaints@state.mn.us. It helps the Board to know who you are and where you can be reached if more information or follow up is needed.
