Round Five Tentative Lead Agency Review Schedule
Overview
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) initiated the Lead Agency Review of Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) waiver programs in 2006 and has, to date, completed four full rounds of reviews for each lead agency that administers HCBS waiver programs. In the spring of 2024, the Lead Agency Review (LAR) team begin reviewing lead agencies for the fifth time. Lead agencies are notified 60 to 90 days prior to a review.
