ITC Midwest, LLC is requesting approval of a minor alteration to expand the Lakefield Junction Substation in Freeborn County.  The project includes: (1) expanding the current substation on ITC Midwest property and (2) adding new substation equipment.  

Notice of Minor Alteration Application and Comment Period

Office of Energy Security, Energy Facility Permitting (OES EFP) staff is soliciting comments on a proposed minor alteration of the Lakefield Junction Substation in Jackson County.  Comments on the application will be accepted through July 7, 2010.
