The authority of the Minnesota Board of Podiatric Medicine to regulate Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) is specified in Minnesota Statutes 153.01-153.26 and Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics in Minnesota Statute 153B.
