NOTICE: 


Beginning on February 1, 2024, Licensees and all other users will be charged a separate fee by US Bank for online payments through the portal using either a credit or a debit card.

The handling charge for a debit card transaction will be 1.25% of the fee.

The handling charge for a credit card transaction will be 2.15% of the fee.

 


 

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) renewals are currently CLOSED

Renewals for licenses expiring on 6/30/2025 will open in mid-April 2025.



 

Prosthetist, Orthotist, Prosthetist-Orthotist, Pedorthist, Fitter & Assistant (POPPFA) renewals are currently CLOSED

Renewals for licenses expiring on 12/31/2025 will open in mid-October 2025.

Temporary Permits may be renewed online, but the initial application must be done manually.  Please contact our office for instructions.

Applying for Multiple Licenses?

Licensees that hold more than one license are REQUIRED to call (612) 548-2175 to ensure accuracy of required fees prior to applying. Don't apply online. Paid fees are non-refundable.

Upcoming Meetings

Attention: Quarterly Board meetings are held at the Board offices at 335 Randolph Avenue in St. Paul. Board meetings will start at 5:30PM. Members of the public interested in participating may contact the Board office for information. All Board meetings are open to the public.
