To support the reduction of transmission of COVID-19 while recognizing the importance of continued licensing processes, members of the board staff will attempt to meet your needs while practicing social distancing.  Board staff will be available to process requests via US Mail, email or fax. We ask that you contact the Board prior to any attempt to meet at the office in person.

Applying for Multiple Licenses?

Licensees that hold more than one license are REQUIRED to call 651-201-2814 to assure accuracy of required fees prior to applying. Don't apply online. Paid fees are non-refundable.

Upcoming Meetings

Quarterly Board meeting will be held remote until further notice. Members of the public interested in participating may contact the Board office for the meeting login information. All Board meetings are open to the public.
