NOTICE:
Beginning on July 1, 2025 the fee schedule for the Board of Podiatric Medicine will be updated as follows:
· application for DPM licensure, $750;
· renewal of DPM license, $750;
· late renewal fee, $250;
· temporary permit,$250;
· duplicate license or duplicate renewal certificate, $25;
· DPM license reinstatement, $1,000;
· exam administration to persons who have not applied for a license or permit, $50;
· fee for verification of licensure, $50;
· labels, $50;
· list of licensees, $50; and
· copies, 50 cents per page.

Renewals for licenses expiring on 6/30/2025 are open.
Board fees are authorized in Minnesota Rules Part 6900.0250 and are as follows:
- $600 Renewal License
- $100 Late Renewal Fee
License Renewal Tips:
- Continuing Education - Email CPME or Board approved certificates for 40 CME hours from 7/1/23 to 5/31/25. Only 8 CME may be obtained from online courses.
- If you are attending a June conference, please notify the Board in advance.
- Any Licensee not licensed for the full two years will receive an email with information about prorated fees and CME requirements.

- Not renewing your license? Please email the Board and request that your status reflect a Voluntary Termination.
- Do not use Internet Explorer as your browser, or Safari on an Apple iOS device, as they are not compatible with our database.
Prosthetist, Orthotist, Prosthetist-Orthotist, Pedorthist, Fitter & Assistant (POPPFA) renewals are currently CLOSED
Renewals for licenses expiring on 12/31/2025 will open in mid-October 2025.

Licensees that hold more than one license are REQUIRED to call (612) 548-2175 to ensure accuracy of required fees prior to applying. Don't apply online. Paid fees are non-refundable.
