Beginning on July 1, 2025 the fee schedule for the Board of Podiatric Medicine will be updated as follows:
· application for DPM licensure, $750;
· renewal of DPM license, $750;
· late renewal fee, $250;
· temporary permit,$250;
· duplicate license or duplicate renewal certificate, $25;
· DPM license reinstatement, $1,000;
· exam administration to persons who have not applied for a license or permit, $50;
· fee for verification of licensure, $50;
· labels, $50;
· list of licensees, $50; and
· copies, 50 cents per page.
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) renewals are currently CLOSED
Renewals for licenses expiring on 6/30/2026 will open in mid-April 2026.
Prosthetist, Orthotist, Prosthetist-Orthotist, Pedorthist, Fitter & Assistant (POPPFA) renewals are currently OPEN
License Fees:
- $600 Prosthetists, Orthotists, Prosthetist-Orthotists
- $400 Pedorthists
- $300 Assistants & Fitters
- $100 2nd License
- $100 3rd License
Licensees will never pay more than $600 with all licenses combined.
- Multiple Licenses – You will receive an email from our Board with instructions about how to renew.
- Continuing Education – Licensees must attest to obtaining the number of continuing education hours required by the certifying board to maintain certification status pursuant to the specific license category.
- Our Board will verify certification status with the certifying Board (ABC or BOC/A).
- If you have not been licensed for the full 2 years of the licensing cycle, you will pay a pro-rated fee.
