Loan Forgiveness Program for Mental Health Professionals

The Minnesota Department of Health Office of Rural Health and Primary Care administers a loan forgiveness program that is funded by the State of Minnesota.  The purpose of Minnesota's Loan Forgiveness program is to recruit and retain healthcare professionals to needed areas and facilities in Minnesota.  Loan Forgiveness is an important benefit for healthcare professionals as well as healthcare facilities and communities experiencing a shortage of access to primary care services.
