If you do not receive your renewed registration card within two weeks, it's important that you call the Board Office and let us know. As a general policy, we will replace,at no charge, a registration card lost in the mail if we are notified within a month of the renewal.
If you lose your registration card, you can request a duplicate card by completing a duplicate card application. Barbers complete the top of the application for a barber registration certificate. Barbershop owners complete the bottom of the application for a barbershop registration certificate. To download or print out the application, click here.
