Please complete the online registration form below for each participant. Once you have completed all the fields, click on the Submit button to register. You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail within 24 hours.

Please follow your agency's/organization's procedure when seeking approval to attend the conference and pay the associated fee. Registration cost is $50. Your agency/organization will be invoiced following the conference. To encumber funds in SWIFT use Vendor Number G020000000 and Location #6 (Note: For Minnesota State only, use Vendor Number G020000000001).

Accommodations for a disability (i.e. sign language interpreter, Braille, wheelchair accessibility, etc.) are available. Prior to the conference and as soon as possible please call 651-201-2587 or email to arrange an accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be received before 4:00 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2018 or you will be invoiced for the registration. Be sure to include your name and phone number in the cancellation e-mail.
