“We have them complete an A T (assistive technology) questionnaire prior to the evaluation. If the student has been out of school for a while we would have a referral made to our clinic. A contact will be made and an appointment set. A questionnaire is sent out.”

“At our clinic we provide team evaluations for computer access and augmentative communication (there are many other services provided, but not by me), then follow up training. At Outreach sites, I consult with school, medical and other teams to help them through the process of looking at the technology, having trials, obtaining equipment, setting it up and training in various settings.”
